The very first time that Ethan met Bode, Ethan was a little scared and hesitant to get close to him. After a few minutes of showing Ethan that Bode was just a big, happy hairball, Ethan was crazy about his new friend. Poor Bode got his hair pulled, his skin pinched, and his nose bitten (Ethan only bit his nose once - ouch!). No matter how many times or how hard Ethan did those things, all that Bode would do would have a look on his face that said, "oh, not again." I love that big, pure-hearted, gentle dog with all my heart.
Ethan used Bode to pull up to stand
