lucky shirt
The girls and I spent the week at my parents house while Erik finished up summer term. One day when we were outside, my brother Paul spotted a turtle that had fallen into the pool. It seems like every time Avery wears this shirt she comes across a fun, new little critter.

How precious!!! Avery and Hanna will have fun with worms and who knows what this summer. Hanna asks me everyday if Avery is here yet. She is so excited for Avery to come. We love you Avery.
Ever since I saw Ernest Goes to Camp, I've always been afraid that turtles would bite my nose and never let go (or even a finger). We used to make fun of Erik because Ernest's initials are EPW too (Ernest P. World). ha ha ha ha ha
