It has been a very long time since we've had a real tree for Christmas. We went the Saturday after Thanksgiving with my dad to a tree farm where you could cut down your own tree.
It was a beautiful, unseasonably warm day to get our tree. The kids had such a fun time trying to find the perfect tree.
